Account deletion
How to request deletion of your Wimblet account and associated app data.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Wimblet and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Scroll to Account Controls.
- Tap Start Account Deletion and confirm the request.
Your request is saved for processing. Confirmation is sent to the email associated with your account when deletion is complete.
What the request covers
The request covers your Wimblet account and associated app data. Requests are processed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
Apple subscriptions are separate
Deleting your Wimblet account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in Apple subscription settings.

If you cannot access the app or have a deletion question, email support@alpinepenguin.com from the email connected to your account.
To protect accounts from accidental or unauthorized deletion, support may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
